Contributing to NOVASPHERE’s consistent sales success, Elaine
is one hands-on Chief Executive Officer who believes in shaping the
company’s future through strong client partnerships. “We
really don’t have clients, we have great friends and you just
don’t let your friends down,” says Elaine.
In her capacity as the company’s primary creative force, Elaine is driven
by a passion for shaping messages into innovative, effective outcomes. With over
27 years of achieving the seemingly impossible, Elaine is why NOVASPHERE clients
become repeat clients. They know that no show is too small, no challenge too
great for her to deliver the highest possible standards that the production budget
and timetable will allow.
Elaine’s own creative process is based on consistent, proven methodology. “ We
start with a thorough understanding of our client,” says Elaine. “We
exchange ideas on how we can best work together as a team. We learn about the
audience mindset and what they need to learn. Only then do we develop a creative
concept that best allows the key message to come through in every aspect; set
design, graphics look and feel, even the order of the agenda.”

“A great event isn’t
just about visual impact. It’s about thrilling the audience
and making the message memorable, long after the event is over.”

As Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mike’s hands-on involvement is vital to the ongoing
expansion of NOVASPHERE’s production facilities and capabilities.
Beyond handling the company’s financial aspects and overall
operations, Mike also oversees the many organizational details
needed for video and meeting production, talent coordination, and
much more.
“When it comes to pulling
off a project successfully, especially a large show, you wouldn’t
believe all the details,” says Mike. “But the details are
where many shows can surpass good to become great. My job is to make
sure everything
is what it’s supposed to be, where and when it’s supposed
to be, for as long as it needs to be there.”
Mike sees himself as bringing a steady, positive
energy in every project and
client relationship. “I think clients enjoy working with me because I don’t
take myself too seriously, and that, in turn, lets me focus on taking my job
seriously.”

You’re on show site. It’s the
middle of the event. You just found out you need another 15 minutes
of satellite time to finish the show…and a memorable gift for
that executive who’s retiring…oh yeah, and a genuine
Stetson hat.
Who do you go to? Vic, of course. NOVASPHERE’s “man in
front
and behind the scenes.”
As President and Chief Technology Officer, Vic oversees NOVASPHERE’s sales
and marketing, and long-term corporate strategies. He’s also responsible
for all technical and staging aspects of show equipment.
A 25-year, multifaceted veteran of the production industry, Vic
has a rare combination of ingenuity, showmanship, and trustworthiness
that means when he says, "I’ll
take care of it," the "it" gets done. “It’s a point
of
honor for me to always be true to my word,” Vic notes. “Clients know
they can depend on me to do the best I can for them and give any task 100%.”
Beyond endless energy and equipment expertise, Vic is also known
for his warmth
and knack for lowering at-show stress. “So much goes on and clients have
so much riding on the event, they really need a go-to guy who actually cares
about them; not just how well the show is going.”
Vic’s abilities do more than form the physical framework for
every event.
They’re also the perfect counterpoint for his relationship with professional
and personal partner, Elaine. He notes, "in our business, it’s rare
that a husband-and-wife team is in the trenches as much as we are. But it means
we know exactly what’s going on at every point and that’s one of
our biggest distinctions.”
