	In a repeat performance for our fast-food client, this four-day Global Convention featured a “Roadtrip” theme that reinforced their vision of the future and road map to success. The schedule featured presentations by international company executives, as well as top-level entertainment and keynote speakers. Over 150 technicians were on-site to handle the tradeshow launch, general and breakout sessions, receptions, charitable fundraising event, and evenings of entertainment.

NOVASPHERE incorporated a number of creative elements to keep the motivational motors running--including:

Tradeshow Launch, NASCAR style--To highlight our client’s announcement about an upcoming NASCAR Racing Sponsorship, we built a gigantic, inflated bubble over the 30-foot tradeshow stage. Gobos projected moving words over the bubble’s glowing outer skin. When the house lights dimmed, our fast-paced NASCAR “sizzle video” charged across the plasma screens. At its conclusion, the bubble split dramatically and 3100 attendees roared in delight when the fog and pyrotechnics cleared to reveal multiple NASCAR winner Michael Waltrip and the race car of the Michael Waltrip NASCAR Racing Team.

A Great View--We transformed the main stage into an 80-foot “dashboard” complete with functional GPS. We also featured an HD, wide-screen loop and opening “Roadtrip” module.

Looks Familiar--Everyone knows what sits on a dashboard...so we even created a few life-sized “Bobblehead” figures, designed to resemble the day’s presenters!

Value-Added--NOVASPHERE was also called upon to stage the live entertainment and key presenters who added their “star value” to this memorable event. Entertainment included an evening with Bill Cosby and an appreciation concert starring rock headliner Glen Frey, while Guest Speakers featured former U.S. Senator Bob Dole, and legendary Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula.
